Hob Nobbing with the Evils and Powers , leaning our wealth
behind as payment for their allowing us,

Why Aren’t we down sizing the Federal Off Shore Budgets,
everything FROZE or REDUCED from the Present budgets.
Turning US Bases Overseas into JOINT Operations Between
Host Country, Or if Possible to run Cheaper
w/Less Man power and Proper Planning.
